Delivery Rates

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 1-2 working days and send everything recorded delivery. Should there be an exception this will be communicated shortly after your order with the expected delivery date provided. Should this not be acceptable, your order can be cancelled for a full refund.

If you need a product urgently, put a note in the comments as well as select next day delivery and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. Nexy day delivery is available for order placed before 12:00 at a charge of £15.00. Alternatively please select our standard delivery on which we aim to deliver within 1-2 days.

If you select the wrong delivery option, we can adjust the delivery cost for you and either apply a refund or send a payment link for charge of the incremental amount.

Please be aware that your country may apply taxes or import duties which differ by country.

Should the shipping cost selected at checkout not cover the actual shipping cost, we will communicate the correct shipping cost with you as soon as we can and send you a payment link for the incramental amount.

Returns

  • Returned item needs to be received back at Equiporium 1 week from date of receipt for return.
  • Original condition & in original product packaging. Please note that any custom orders or items not part of standard stock ordered in for you especially may not be returned.
  • Please email us for return delivery address & returns code.
  • Please send your return back with a letter showing your name, order number & reason for return.
  • Please send returns by registered courier with tracking as Equiporium can not be responsible for items that we have not received.
